Craig Zeutzius, Chief Executive Officer and Founder of SlopeJet, has extensive experience in the real estate industry. Prior to founding SlopeJet, Craig was Senior VP of Portfolio Management and Strategy at AIMCO, one of the largest owners and operators of multifamily housing in North America. He’s also provided management consulting to the real estate industry.
Craig has a BS in Industrial Engineering from Iowa State University and an MBA from Harvard Business School. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt; he pioneered the application of Six Sigma in General Electric’s global services business.
Nikhil Venkatesh, Chief Technology Officer and Co-founder of SlopeJet, has over 20 years of experience providing vision and leadership for large scale technology initiatives. Nikhil’s background includes business intelligence and analytics, program management, application development, systems integration and offshore outsourcing.
Before joining SlopeJet, Nikhil spent 6 years at AIMCO, where he developed a leading edge analytics platform. Nikhil received his M.S. in Computer Science from Arizona State University in 1994.
Donald Davidoff, Chief Strategy Officer and Advisory Board Chair of SlopeJet, has helped large multifamily organizations develop comprehensive strategies towards pricing and revenue management (PRM), eCommerce and marketing. Donald designed and implemented the industry-leading LRO (Lease Rent Options) revenue management pricing system for the multifamily industry. He was also directly involved in the initial commercialization of LRO to the early adopting multifamily clients and also participated in the eventual transfer of LRO responsibilities to The Rainmaker Group.
Donald received his M.S. from University of Southern California and his B.S. from Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Dustin Schwarz, Director of Operations, has a diverse background in operations execution, data analysis and leadership. Prior to joining SlopeJet, Dustin held several roles at Caterpillar, Inc., in engineering and management, most recently as a Six Sigma Black Belt. He brings strong data analysis experience to SlopeJet, along with his management skills.
Dustin received his B.S. in Operations and Supply Chain Management from Iowa State University in 2007.
